Our Pre-Construction team’s goal is to enable owners and design professionals to make educated decisions with the best information available at the inception of the project. We offer pre-construction services that begin at the conceptual stage and continue until the construction documents are completed. These services may include: pre-project planning, cost estimating, preliminary scheduling, constructability reviews, evaluation of the current construction market and value engineering.
